Dua at the Time of Death
DUA AT THE TIME OF DEATH
Recite the following dua when the time of death is near. It can be asked to recite by anyone if the person who is dying cannot do so.
This is the dua for protection from the hardships of sakarat (pangs of death) :
La ilaha illallahu Muhammadur Rasool Allah Allahumma A'inni 'Ala Gamratil Mauti Wa Sakaratil Mauti
There is no God besides Allah. Muhammad is His messenger.
O Allah! Help me to overcome the agonies and difficulties of death.
