DUA FOR CONTROL AND PURIFICATION OF NAFS

Recite the following dua for control and purification of nafs after Salat with full faith in Allah to ward off evil thoughts:

Allahumma ati nafsi taqwaha wa zakkiha Anta khairu man zakkaha wa Anta waliyyuha wa maulaha

ALSO READ dua of prophet ibrahim

O Lord! Bestow Taqwa on my Nafs and safeguard it from all kinds of evils.

Only You can purify it in

the best manner.

And You are Most-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
