Dua for Martyrdom
DUA FOR MARTYRDOM (SHAHADAT)
This is narrated in Imam Tabrani's compilation. Aisha (r.a) once asked Prophet Muhammad (saw) that "Is it right, a martyr is the only one who is killed in the path of Allah?"
Prophet Muhammad (saw) affirmed and further added, that whoever recites this dua 25 times daily and if he dies on his bed, Allah will grant him the reward of a martyr.

The dua for martyrdom (shahadat) is as follows:
Allahumma barik li fil mauti wa fi ma ba'dal mauti
O Allah! Bless me in death and in the stages after death.
