Every believer seeks protection, forgiveness, and firmness in Tawheed. The early morning and evening are spiritually crucial times, moments when the heart is most receptive and the soul is most vulnerable.


And remember your Lord inwardly with humility and fear and in a moderate tone of voice in the mornings and evenings…
[Surah Al-Araf 7:205]

The Prophet (saw) also emphasized consistent morning and evening remembrance. 
[Abu Dawood, Tirmidhi]

This routine is a structured spiritual discipline, based on the Qur'an and authentic supplications, to strengthen Tawheed, purify the nafs, and seek the protection from Allah.

Recite the following after Fajr and Maghrib prayers:

1. Third Kalima (one Tasbeeh)

Subhana-llaahi Walhamdu Lillaahi Walaaa Ilaaha Illa-llaahu Wallaahu Akbar Wala Hawla Wala Quwwata Illa Billaahil ‘Aliyyil ‘Azeem


This Zikr combines:
 Tasbeeh (Glorification).

 Tahmeed (Praise).

 Tawheed (Oneness).

 Takbeer (Greatness).

 Reliance upon Allah.

The Prophet (saw) said these words are beloved to Allah. 
[Muslim]

Benefit: 

Strengthens Tawheed and increases heavy rewards on the scale.

2. Darood Sharif - 3 Times

Allahumma Salli 'Alaa Sayyidina Maulana Muhammadin Wa Barik Wa Sallim


Allah commanded:

Indeed Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O believers! Invoke Allah’s blessings upon him, and salute him with worthy greetings of peace.

The Prophet (saw) said: Whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah sends ten upon that person.
 [Sahih Muslim 408]

Benefit: 

Elevation in rank, forgiveness, barakah in life.

3. Astaghfar - 3 Times

Astagfirullaah-allazi laa ilaha illa huwal hayyul qayyum wa atubu ilaihi


The Prophet (saw) sought forgiveness more than 70 times daily. 
[Bukhari]

In another Hadith:

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, Whoever regularly seeks forgiveness, Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress and a relief from every anxiety, and will provide sustenance for him from unexpected sources.
[Abu Dawud]

Benefit: 

Removes sins, opens the doors to sustenance (rizq), and provides relief from distress.

4. First three ayats of Surah Anaam (6:1-3)


Surah Anaam

Alhamdu lillahil-laji khalaqas samawati wal arz
waja'alaz-zulumati wannoor summal lazeena kafaroo birabbihim ya'diloon

Huwal lazee khalaqakum min teenin summa qaza ajalan waajalun musamman 'indahu summa antum tamtaroon 

Wahuwallahu fis samawati wafil arzi ya'lamu sirrakum wajahrakum waya'lamu ma taksiboon



These ayats declare:
 Allah is the only Creator.

 Refutation of Shirk.

 Realizing hidden and overt deeds.

Surah Anaam strongly condemns polytheism, hypocrisy, and false worship. Regular recitation strengthens the understanding of Tawheed.

Benefit: 

Protection from deviation, strengthening of faith, internalizing of Tawheed.

5. Ayat of Hope (Surah Az-Zumar 39:53)


Acceptance of repentance


Qul Yaa 
Ibaadiyal-lazeena Asrafu 
Alaa Anfusihim La  Taqnatu Min Rahmatillahi 
Innal-Laha 
Yagfiruz-zunuba 
Jamee-ann Innahu Huwal 
Gafoorur-Raheem


Many scholars call this ayat the greatest ayat of hope.

It renews daily repentance.

Benefit: 

Prevents despair, strengthens hope, softens the heart.

6. Dua for Control and Purification of Nafs - 3  Times


Dua for control of nafs and it's purification


Allahumma ati nafsi taqwaha wa zakkiha Anta khairu man zakkaha wa Anta waliyyuha wa maulaha


[Sahih Muslim]


The Prophet (saw) used to recite this dua seeking purification.

Benefit:

Tazkiyah (spiritual purification), protection from ego, strengthening of taqwa.



This routine is a structured devotional discipline based on the Qur’an and authentic supplications.

These are often recited alongside the Morning & Evening Azkar  recommended in authentic hadith.
